Many Marin houses are mid-century or hillside designs with big glass and exposed wood. We keep the palette natural and the furniture low-profile and warm so the architecture reads clearly.

$2,500 for 2.5 months (75 days).
The essential five (primary bedroom, one living room, one dining room, kitchen countertops and bathrooms) at one flat price. No per-square-foot, per-item or stair fees. Additional bedrooms are $500 each; additional living or dining spaces are $700 each; outdoor spaces are $500–$700 by size and scope.
Staging a home in the Delta? It's $2,000 for 3 months (90 days).
