Staging for the city's tight floor plans and tough showings.

San Francisco homes come in every shape: bay-windowed Victorians, sunny Edwardian flats, new-construction condos. Each one needs its own plan.

San Francisco

What staging means in the city

Where we work: Neighborhoods across the city, from the Marina to the Sunset

In San Francisco, buyers are often comparing several homes in a single weekend, and they decide fast. A listing has to read clearly in the first few seconds of a walk-through, and in the first photo online.

Space is the constant challenge. A living room doubles as a dining room, a bedroom has to fit a desk, and a narrow hallway needs to feel intentional. We scale furniture to the room so each space reads as livable rather than cramped.

Our approach is to keep the home's best architecture in focus. Bay windows, original millwork, high ceilings and city views get room to breathe, with a warm, neutral palette that photographs well in the city's changing light.

  • Right-sized furniture

Scaled pieces and clear traffic paths make smaller rooms feel generous.

  • Rooms with a job

We show buyers where the desk, the dining table and the reading chair go.

  • Light and character first

Original details and natural light stay the focus. Styling supports them.

  • Condos and flats welcome

Our essential five package fits the way most city homes are laid out.
