Every quote starts with the Essential Five at $2,500 and adds rooms from there. Enhanced adds bedrooms or living spaces; Showcase is full interior and exterior staging. You get a formal written quote before anything is scheduled.

You approve the plan and we schedule one installation day. We handle everything from furniture delivery to final styling.

De-stage
When the home sells, we pick everything up and leave it ready for the new owners. Removal is included.

How is staging priced?
Per room, not per square foot. The standard package covers the essential five rooms (one living room and one dining room included) for $2,500, and additional rooms have fixed prices. There are no fees for stairs or per item, and our prices are posted on this website.
What does the $2,500 standard package include?
Staging for the essential five: primary bedroom, one living room, one dining room, kitchen countertops and bathrooms, for 2.5 months (75 days). Additional living or dining spaces are $700 each.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote from another stager, send it to us and we'll match it.
How much is an occupied home consultation?
$350, which includes a room-by-room report on preparing the home for market. If you go on to stage with us, the $350 is credited toward your staging.
Are there hidden fees, such as per-square-foot or per-item charges?
No. We don't charge per square foot, per item, or for stairs. The standard package is a flat price, and any add-on rooms are listed at fixed prices.
How do I pay, and can I pay at closing?
We accept credit cards, and payment is due at least one day before staging. Eligible clients can also use Pay at Close through Notable® to defer payment until closing.
How much do extra rooms cost?
Additional bedrooms are $500 each. Additional living or dining spaces are $700 each. Outdoor spaces are $500–$700, depending on size and scope.
How quickly can you stage my listing?
Often the same week. Many stagers book three to six weeks out; we schedule around your listing date, and installation takes one day.
How long does installation take?
Installation usually takes one day. We handle furniture delivery and final styling.
What if my listing takes longer than 2.5 months to sell?
Monthly extensions are available, so you can keep the home staged for as long as you need.
Do you stage homes in the Delta?
Yes. Delta homes are staged at a flat regional rate of $2,000 for 3 months (90 days). Text us the address and we'll confirm the details.
Can you stage only part of a home?
Yes. We offer everything from partial staging to full interior and exterior staging and tailor each project to the home and target market.
