Wine-country living, staged so buyers can picture the lifestyle.

Napa buyers are often shopping for a way of life as much as a house. Staging should make that lifestyle feel real from the front door to the patio.

Napa Valley

Staging for a lifestyle market

Where we work: Napa, St. Helena, Yountville, Calistoga and the surrounding valley

Napa Valley homes sell on setting: vineyard and hillside views, long evenings outside, and rooms made for gathering. Our staging starts there. We style the table you'd host dinner at, the patio you'd end the day on, and the living room that opens to both.

Many buyers are second-home or lifestyle buyers who aren't looking at the house the way a local would. Warm natural materials, layered textures and relaxed, unfussy styling help them picture themselves settling in for a weekend or a lifetime.

Indoor-outdoor flow carries a lot of weight. We stage covered patios, lounge areas and fire pits as proper rooms, with the same attention as the living room, because in the valley the outdoor space is part of the sale.

  • A table worth gathering at

Dining rooms are set for hosting, with natural wood, warm lighting and seasonal styling.

  • Outdoor rooms

Patios, pergolas and lounge areas get full staging when the property calls for it.

  • Relaxed, natural palette

Wood, linen and woven textures suit the valley's light and landscape.

  • Full interior and exterior

Packages run from a partial refresh to complete interior and exterior staging.
