The Peninsula

Staging the Peninsula's housing stock

Where we work: Pacifica, San Mateo County and the neighborhoods down the Peninsula

Much of the Peninsula's housing is single-story ranch and mid-century family homes with brick fireplaces, big windows and good bones. They often show best when the staging leans into that character with natural textures, soft layers and a clear flow from living room to yard.

On the coast, in places like Pacifica, light changes quickly and homes can feel cool. We bring in warmth through wood tones, woven textures and cream upholstery, so the house feels inviting the moment buyers step in.

Many Peninsula listings are bought by families, so we stage secondary bedrooms and living spaces to show how a household would really use them: a desk in the spare room, a dining table that seats everyone, a patio that looks ready for the weekend.

  • Fireplaces and hearths

Brick and tile fireplaces become anchors for the seating plan, not obstacles.

  • Warm over cool

Wood, rattan and linen balance fog-gray days and coastal light.

  • Yard as a room

We style patios and outdoor areas so the yard sells alongside the house.

  • Repeat clients

After a Pacifica project, the client told us they can't wait to work with us on their next one.
