Pacifica's coastal light changes quickly, and on a foggy day a home can feel cool and gray. Our staging adds warmth through wood, woven textures and cream upholstery, so the house feels inviting even when the weather isn't.
Many homes here are mid-century and later ranches and split-levels, often with views, decks or compact yards. We work to make every room feel generous, and to turn outdoor spaces into places buyers can picture themselves in.

$2,500 for 2.5 months (75 days).
The essential five (primary bedroom, one living room, one dining room, kitchen countertops and bathrooms) at one flat price. No per-square-foot, per-item or stair fees. Additional bedrooms are $500 each; additional living or dining spaces are $700 each; outdoor spaces are $500–$700 by size and scope.
Staging a home in the Delta? It's $2,000 for 3 months (90 days).
