Hill homes sell on light and view, so we arrange furniture to pull the eye toward windows and decks. In flats and condos near the lake, we focus on defining living and dining space so a smaller footprint reads as comfortable.
We work across the East Bay. We walk through the home with you, agree a plan, and stay available to adjust after installation.

Pricing
$2,500 for 2.5 months (75 days).
The essential five (primary bedroom, one living room, one dining room, kitchen countertops and bathrooms) at one flat price. No per-square-foot, per-item or stair fees. Additional bedrooms are $500 each; additional living or dining spaces are $700 each; outdoor spaces are $500–$700 by size and scope.

Staging a home in the Delta? It's $2,000 for 3 months (90 days).
