Detail-level staging for one of the Peninsula's most discerning markets.

Eichlers with atriums, Craftsman bungalows, and big new builds. Palo Alto buyers notice details, so staging here has to be precise.

Palo Alto

Staging that respects the architecture

Where we work: Palo Alto, including Eichler neighborhoods, Professorville and Crescent Park

Palo Alto has some of the Bay Area's most architecturally specific homes. An Eichler's post-and-beam ceilings, glass walls and atrium want furniture that is low, clean and warm. A Craftsman's built-ins and woodwork want something softer. We plan around the house instead of imposing a look on it.

Buyers in this market are informed and have often seen many comparable homes, so a sloppy or generic staging job shows. Our approach is edited and intentional: fewer pieces, better scale, and a clear focal point in every room.

Because so many comparable homes are staged on the mid-Peninsula, an unstaged listing can feel unfinished next to its competition. For agents, staging is part of keeping a listing on par.

  • Eichler-aware

Low-profile furniture and warm natural textures that suit glass walls and open beams.

  • Craftsman-friendly

Styling that lets original woodwork and built-ins stay the star.

  • Edited, not crowded

Fewer, better-placed pieces, because the architecture does a lot of the work.

  • Indoor-outdoor

Patios and yards are staged alongside the interior when the property calls for it.
