Staging for the full range of San Jose homes.

San Jose is the Bay Area's biggest city and its housing mix shows it: mid-century ranches, bungalows, townhomes, condos and large newer family homes.

San Jose

One city, a dozen different buyers

Where we work: Willow Glen, Almaden, Evergreen, Rose Garden and the rest of the city

A Willow Glen bungalow and an Evergreen family home attract different buyers, so they shouldn't be staged the same way. We start every San Jose job by asking who is most likely to buy this house, then plan the furniture, scale and styling around that person.

Many San Jose listings are single-story ranches and townhomes with open living and dining areas. We use rugs, furniture groupings and lighting to give each zone a clear purpose, so buyers understand the floor plan within seconds of walking in.

Agents here are often juggling several listings at once. That is why we keep scheduling fast, answer quickly, and make adjustments after installation without a fuss.

  • Plans by property type

Bungalow, ranch, townhome or condo, each gets a layout built for its floor plan.

  • Zones in open plans

Living, dining and work areas are defined without adding clutter.

  • Price per room

No square-foot charges, so a large San Jose lot or floor plan doesn't inflate the quote.

  • Quick turnaround

Installation usually takes one day, which helps tight listing schedules.
